Gator Cases provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner and requires you to present a copy of your proof of purchase at the time of the claim.

Warranty Policy. Items are sold as-is and are not covered under warranty. However, if you received an item with a non-cosmetic manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date so we can review the issue. Email us at warranty@gatorcases.com with photos of the defect, a description of the issue, and your order number.
File a Warranty Claim. Limited Lifetime Warranty Information. Moving Parts and Electronics – Moving parts such as zippers, latches, hinges, handles and wheels are covered under the Gator Cases warranty for up to 1 year from the original purchase. Electronics are covered for up to 1 year after the original purchase date.
Luckily, with the advances in computer technology, most retailers these days can keep a record of your purchases in case you need a copy of the receipt in the future. Please check with your retailer to determine if they offer this service.
