Warranty Policy. Items are sold as-is and are not covered under warranty. However, if you received an item with a non-cosmetic manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date so we can review the issue. Email us at warranty@gatorcases.com with photos of the defect, a description of the issue, and your order number.

wheels are covered under the Gator Cases warranty for up to 1 year from the original purchase. Electronics are covered for up to 1 year after the original purchase date. Damage not Covered – The Gator Cases warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects.
Luckily, with the advances in computer technology, most retailers these days can keep a record of your purchases in case you need a copy of the receipt in the future. Please check with your retailer to determine if they offer this service.
