Rescheduling is allowed for all Garuda Indonesia flights (Domestic or International). Rescheduling is only allowed before flight departure. Rescheduling is only valid on tickets purchased via Garuda Indonesia’s Channel (Website, GIA Mobile App, Sales Office, and Contact Center).
Unless specified in the fare conditions, an International/Domestic ticket can be refunded directly at any Garuda Indonesia sales office or travel agentís office, which originally collected ticket payment.
24-Hour Free Cancellation: Garuda Indonesia generally allows passengers to cancel their flight within 24 hours of booking without any extra fee .
