The Open House will feature trash trucks and equipment demonstrations in addition to facility tours, information booths, recycling games, and refreshments. Last year, more than 6,000 residents attended the Open House events with 230+ city employees who volunteered their time to "give back" to the neighborhoods they serve throughout the year.
We would like to have a trash truck come for our child's birthday party as he is obsessed with them. does anyone know of any service like that and if they come out to the San Fernando Valley?
25 cze 2013 · Kids (and parents) can sit inside the trucks, pull the levers to dump trash cans, honk the horns and pretend they are trash collectors for a day. Many of the open houses also have trash truck games, free food and of course souvenir trash cans to take home.
