I recently changed the motherboard of the unit and reprogrammed all of the controls. Everything is now working great, but the red light on the open/close button on my wall control is not on anymore. I don't know if there is a combo of buttons to press to get it to come back on.
Plug in only the main power and test the wall unit for light function. This should have reset the Bluetooth connection. Reconnect the back up battery and reapply the cover.
The garage door’s ceiling-mounted machine has buttons on it that do allow it to work, but our remote control doesn’t connect. The wall opener has a flashing orange light on it. Is there any way to connect the wall opener to the actual garage door?
9 lis 2022 · Why won’t my wall console operate the garage door • If you are using a wired wall console in conjunction with a wireless wall console, check to be sure the Sure-Lock feature on the wired console is off (the backlight is red).
8 gru 2010 · The wall controller has a switch to turn the light in the controller on/off. The button does not work. That is, after opening or closing the garage door, the lights in the controller head just stay on - eventually time out.
9 lis 2022 · Why won’t my wall console operate the garage door • If you are using a wired wall console in conjunction with a wireless wall console, check to be sure the Sure-Lock feature on the wired console is off (the backlight is red). When the Sure-Lock feature is on and the backlight is OFF, this will prevent wireless devices from operating the opener.
