What if you set your resolution to auto on the Switch, then leave the Switch turned on, and turn off the screen then turn it back on? Verifying your display settings that it is not set to Auto and is set to 1080p manually. That is highly odd then...
Turn on Switch>system settings>TV setting>Adjust screen size. It turned out that it Adjusts both horizontal and vertical at the same time. Just get your best fit.

9 paź 2021 · On the HOME Menu, go down to the 'System Settings' icon, scroll down to 'System', scroll down to 'Console-Screen Colors' within this menu, and swap from 'Vivid' to 'Standard'.
When you set your PS3 to 720p only, the game will display in its native 720p format and look a LOT better. You HAVE to do this if you want to play RDR, or you will be disappointed by the graphics...
