Almost all open-world games with mod support have some sort of Cheat Menu mod that grants you control over different things within the game. Subnautica is no different. And the CheatManager is a great way to just goof around and have some fun when you don’t really feel like playing a serious survival game.
If you liked Subnautica for the crafting/base building, then something like The Forest and Valheim are probably your best options. If you liked Subnautica for the exploration and the environmental storytelling, I'd actually aim for something more like Outer Wilds, Super Metroid, Hollow Knight, Dark Souls, etc.
You're on an island and you have cannibals trying to eat you, you have to build bases and find weapons to survive. Also raft and stranded deep are about surviving on tropical islands. You can build rafts to go between them, so they're a bit more similar to subnautica than the forest.
