I don't know of any based around taming, but occupy mars is great if you like more technical survival, and subnautica is great for exploration and suspense. Neither are multiplayer (other than a janky mod for subnautica)
If you liked Subnautica for the crafting/base building, then something like The Forest and Valheim are probably your best options. If you liked Subnautica for the exploration and the environmental storytelling, I'd actually aim for something more like Outer Wilds, Super Metroid, Hollow Knight, Dark Souls, etc.
