A1Up sent replacements. Asteroids has never had any problems, although I did replace the spinner with the better one from their website. Centipede stopped working a month ago, and it was out of warranty.
My warranty experience was a mixed bag: my Centipede 4-in-1 Partycade got the White Screen of Death, but it was within 3 months of purchasing it, so they replaced it---I had to take it to a UPS Store a few towns over, put it in the original packaging and everything, but they did send a replacement.
