Report by Captain David Dillman, Galveston Bay Charter Fishing. Plenty of speckled trout, black drum, and redfish caught on live shrimp, croakers, and topwater lures. Some big whiting were caught at the old broken bridge and around Fort Travis this past week with a handful of small stingrays and small flounder.
