An access code is a single-use code you use to take the CliftonStrengths assessment and receive your results and reports. The type of code you redeem determines whether you receive your Top 5, full 34, or role-based reports.

If you redeem an access code within an account that already had CliftonStrengths results and reports from when you previously took the assessment, you don't have to do anything. We generated your results and reports based on your previous completion of the assessment and do not need to retake it.
In the Quick Actions area of the Code Management page, click Distribute Codes. Select the type of access codes to distribute and which bundle to distribute them from, and then click Next. Choose your distribution method and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
