ID.me offers support, including video chat with trained staff members, to help you quickly and easily verify your identity.
To create a new Georgia DOL MyUI account, or reset your MyUI password, you will be asked to verify with ID.me. Go to the Georgia DOL MyUI Portal to get started. If you already have a Georgia DOL My UI account and don’t need to reset your password, sign in as you usually would.
