The federal Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) program ended in Georgia with week ending June 26, 2021. However, claimants may be eligible for reconsideration of a denied PUA claim based on expanded allowable reasons provided by the Continued Assistance for Unemployed Workers Act of 2020 (Continued Assistance Act).

Email your affidavit to you local career center. Go on the GA DOL website and look up your office - it should say the managers name of the local center. From my experience working with a couple of people, it appears that their emails are formatted by: firstname.lastname@gdol.ga.gov
