10 maj 2024 · SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is an online version of the previously paper-based Singapore disembarkation/embarkation card (DE Card or white card). Submission of SGAC online is required for all visitors before arriving in Singapore.
All travellers are required to submit the SG Arrival Card within three (3) days (including the day of arrival) before arriving in Singapore, except: Those transiting/transferring through Singapore without seeking immigration clearance; and; Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents and Long-Term Pass Holders entering via land checkpoints.
You can submit the SG Arrival Card via https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/ or through "MyICA" mobile application that can be downloaded for free from either the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Please refer to entry requirements for more information on entering Singapore.
Arriving travellers can submit their personal information, trip details and health declaration through the SG Arrival Card e-Service at the ICA website or via MyICA mobile app within three days prior to the date of their arrival in Singapore.
