The Fundamentals of Engineering Examination (FEE) tests an applicant’s knowledge of fundamental engineering subjects in civil, electrical or mechanical engineering.
The applicant has to comply with the full registration requirements stipulated under the Estate Agents Act, which include meeting the fit & proper criteria. Please check the complete list of registration criteria on CEA’s website before registering for the RES or REA course.

30 wrz 2024 · Please note the important dates below. Similar to the last RES examination, there is a WAITING ROOM feature in Stage 1 of the 16 - 17 November 2024 RES examination. There is no change to Stage 2 of the registration process. Singpass login is not required to access FormSG.
30 wrz 2024 · The RES examination commences at 9:30am. Candidates are reminded to be punctual. Candidates who arrive at the exam reporting counter after the 15-minutes grace period (i.e. 9.45am) will NOT be allowed to sit for the examination. No refund of the examination fee will be given to the candidates.
Exam Schedule. By booking the exam, you agree to be bound by the examination terms and conditions, including our cancellation policies. It is your responsibility to be on time for your exam. Exam sessions will begin strictly as per the schedule, and no late arrivals will be accepted.
