You can walk into any of the ServiceSG locations below for help – there is no need to make an appointment beforehand. If your enquiry or transaction is more complex, we can help you make an in-person or video conferencing appointment with the agencies.
Online test scheduling allows test takers to search for the exam they want to take, locate a test center near them, select a time and date to test and book the exam, all from the Prometric website. We also host a global network of friendly contact centers, staffed with multi-lingual specialists trained to support each test taker’s unique need.

These centres also provide video conferencing facilities, where you can: If you book an appointment with a government agency at a ServiceSG centre, you’ll be assigned a private room for your online video consultation.
