13 gru 2023 · After you have registered for your CAPELS account, you may then proceed to the CAAS Examination Portal to register for your CAAS Examination account. Please register for your CAPELS account before 1800 hrs (SGT) if you wish to register for your CAAS Examination account on the same day.
