Furry Kids' Refuge is a network of foster homes that rescues stray dogs and cats, works with local kill shelters to reduce euthanasia rates and takes in animals from families who can no longer provide for them. Since 2008, we have helped over 1100 dogs and cats.
Furry Kids’ Refuge is a network of foster homes which does NOT have a public facility. Animals are not available to be viewed by the public until the adoption process has been started AND we feel you are a good candidate for the animal you have selected.
Our mission is to provide a permanent, safe home and daily care for the most vulnerable animals, including those abandoned, abused, neglected and slaughter bound, while sharing their stories of survival and perseverance to create a more compassionate community.
We are a NO-KILL facility that allows these magnificent animals the opportunity to live out the rest of their lives in a safe and caring environment. We provide a second chance to many of these animals, as they are innocent victims born into a captive world.
