The two episodes that come to mind for me are Amy’s baking company and the one episode with the owner who said he raised his own cattle and said he trained with chefs in Europe. (Have to look up the name)
American version...Capri and Oceana (RIP) are pretty funny. Most of the others have some solid one liners or weird characters versus a lot of funny moments (Nino’s, Chappy’s has my favorite one liner from Ramsay ever, Prohibition Grille, Pantaleone’s).

I’m mainly talking in terms of funny quotes or moments, hilariously stupid owners, crazy chefs, confrontational customers etc. Just off the top of my head, Mill Street Bistro: The owner, Joe, might be the funniest owner in either version, just in terms of how stupid and arrogant he is.
