Prior to mailing in or filing your petition in our office, please check our Fees page for the current filing fees. All fees are due at the time of filing. The Probate Court accepts cash, credit cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard), business check, or money order.
All filing fees (including service fees) must be paid upon filing the petition with the Probate Court. The Probate Court will accept credit cards, cash, or money orders made payable to "Probate Court.”
