Appointments are available until 4 PM and the last walk-ins are accepted at 4 PM. Office closed from 1:00PM -2:00PM for lunch. Currently does not accept cash payments.
The Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts is the custodian for many records, particularly court records, in Fulton County. Most court records can be viewed online from the Clerk’s website. For criminal cases, that information includes name, case status, charges, and timeline of court appearances.
The Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts downtown location at 136 Pryor Street is currently not accepting appointments and will continue to accept walk-ins. Residents are encouraged to utilize eServices.
