This work both in Fullscreen and Borderless for me now.
11 wrz 2020 · No, Mac does not allow for maximizing a window without going into the fullscreen mode which means it must exist on its own desktop. Sure, you can make a window bigger, and some people call that maximizing, but it doesn't hide the menu bar or title bar of the window, and is distracting.
