10 sie 2015 · I want to configure my computer to launch Google Chrome Windows start up. It should start in full screen mode and open some web page. I tried to run Chrome with the following command line:
How can I launch Google Chrome in fullscreen mode from a shortcut? I have tried the CLI arguments --start-maximized and --kiosk , but both do not activate the regular fullscreen mode (i.e. when you press F11 ).
1 paź 2018 · Type in shell:startup and press OK, an explorer window will open up; Copy and paste the Chrome icon from your desktop to this window; Restart your device and Chrome should automatically launch (after 10 seconds or so) AND display full screen. Hope this helps someone who suffered the same frustration and hours of wasted time as me!
19 maj 2021 · I've tried a lot of variations on windows shortcuts for Chrome to launch fullscreen kiosk mode in a specific monitor for desktops with none of them working with all the options at once. Variations attempted: "local path\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --window-position=0,0 -kiosk -new-window url "local path\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.

20 mar 2017 · The full screen shortcut is F11. The reason this may happen is, it tries to set up the browser as an app (or Chrome tries to behave like an app) (which has different behaviours in regards to minimize/maximize, hence why no option to change screen size for example amongst other things)!
