18 mar 2022 · Fugro’s newly digitised marine cone penetration test (CPT) workflow provides secure access to validated marine site characterisation information within 60 minutes of acquiring the Geo-data, compared to the norm of up to 24 hours.
3 lip 2023 · Seismic geophysical testing – Using our seismic CPT cone and Deep Drive’s ® remotely operated seismic hammer we can carry out seismic tests at multiple depths, to provide an accurate view of ground layers.
24 sie 2022 · SeisWind® 3D is an evolution of Fugro’s UUHR seismic service that consists of eight solid custom specification digital streamers, with proprietary sources and decimetre accuracy in-sea positioning systems.
The methods to derive the shear wave velocity include direct measurement by use of in-situ geophysical tests (seismic CPT, PS Logging, etc.), laboratory tests, or by using empirical and site-specific correlations from cone penetration tests (CPT).
In 1981, Fugro first used a CPTU offshore (de Ruiter 1982). Up to 1985 most CPTU’s were carried out with the filter on the face of the cone (u1); see Figure 3.1 (from Zuidberg et al. 1982). From 1985 most tests have been carried out with the filter in the present u2 (shoulder) position.
25 sie 2020 · The 3D ground model is based on results of the integrated interpretation of geophysical and geotechnical data (Fugro, 2020e; see sections 2.2 and 2.3) and is compiled in the SSV file (*.svp). Geodatabases and grid conversions, were performed with IHS Kingdom Suite software (version 2016.1) and ArcGIS version 10.6/10.8.
24 sie 2022 · The SeisWind 3D system is designed to offer an efficient data acquisition footprint with the highest resolution to enable detailed ground modeling and interpretation of near-surface geology for the safe development of offshore projects, Fugro said.
