They have lots of options - keto, paleo, vegan, low carb. Their portions do look smaller and they're packaged like army rations which is a bit of a turn off, but I guess it's because they're trying to keep it vacuum-fresh. I haven't seen many reviews but maybe y'all have some thoughts!
Have had experience with Fresh & Lean, here are my thoughts. The food is very tasty, lots of variety, easy to heat up, and have well balanced macros. The meals are fresh, not frozen. The delivery is regularly reliable. The prices are a bit steep. The packaging comes with a lot of waste.
