Yudit is a free Unicode plain-text editor for Unix-like systems. It is primarily targeted for Linux, but a version is also provided for Windows and MacOS. It was developed in the early days of Unicode on Linux, back in 1997. Limitations in development time resulted in being minimal while remaining useful.
This is a header-only library and the supported way of deploying it is: Download a release from https://github.com/nemtrif/utfcpp/releases into a temporary directory. Unzip the release. Copy the content of utfcpp/source file into the directory where you keep include files for your project.

utf8proc is a small, clean C library that provides Unicode normalization, case-folding, and other operations for data in the UTF-8 encoding. It was initially developed by Jan Behrens and the rest of the Public Software Group, who deserve nearly all of the credit for this package.
12 wrz 2024 · Use the Mac Character Viewer to Enter Unicode Characters. You can, of course, also use the character viewer built into macOS to insert Unicode characters anywhere. Use the viewer’s Search field to find characters by name, code point (U+1F6A0, for instance) or UTF-8 encoding (e.g., F09F 9AA0).
1 lis 2019 · Unicode: U+23DA, UTF-8: E2 8F 9A. I’ve highlighted the Unicode Character Code in the text above. To type the “Earth Ground” symbol in future documents, I just need to type Option + 23DA. This can come in handy sometimes.
