The Texas Bar Exam is a 2 ½-day exam, but will change to the UBE format in Feb 2021. Day 1 offers one 90-minute Multistate Performance Test (MPT) question and one 90-minute Procedure and Evidence exam consisting of 20 each Criminal and Civil Procedure and Evidence questions.
