PSP Themes. Themes for the PSP are located on the memory card in /PSP/THEME/ folder. PTF themes work on official and custom firmware while CTF themes only work on custom firmware with the CXMB plugin. Themes listed work on 6.60 and 6.61. To set up CXMB see this page.

Since you can only browse the PSP Store by searching for titles directly, I searched for "theme" and created a list of every free PSP theme for those who want to download them before the store shuts down. Enjoy! EDIT: Added the free PlayStation 15th Anniversary Theme, which I missed earlier.
