14 mar 2024 · Verify Sharing Permissions: Open Outlook and click on the Calendar icon. Select the shared calendar that is not syncing. Click on Share > Calendar Permission. Make sure that the calendar has the correct sharing permissions set. Adjust the permissions if necessary to allow syncing with Outlook. Check for Service Incidents:
19 mar 2024 · Here are the steps I've taken: On my PC: I created a new Microsoft account (with a new outlook.com email address) in a web browser. On my work PC: In Outlook (for Windows) I right-click on the calendar, I select "Sharing Permissions..." and in those settings add my new outlook.com email.

We've made major updates to the way Outlook for Windows connects to and updates shared calendars. These improvements are available to all Outlook 365 customers that are using the latest Monthly Enterprise Channel, Current Channel, or Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel.
In order to benefit from the improvements, the setting must be enabled in Outlook for Windows and your shared calendar must be upgraded to the new sharing platform in Microsoft 365. You can check whether your shared calendar is upgraded using Outlook for Windows or using PowerShell.
