5 mar 2020 · I have an old iMac which is not compatible with OS X later than El Capitan (10.11) and am considering subscribing to Office 365 Personal. However, on Microsoft's page dedicated to Office 365 Personal, it clearly states that you need at least High Sierra (10.13) to run it.

20 sty 2023 · The closest thing to getting Microsoft 365 on a Mac for free is Google Workspace (formerly Google Suite or “G-Suite”). Google Workspace includes Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides which are the equivalents of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Download and install Office 2016 on Mac OsX El Capitan. I can download the office 365 pkg file under my corporate account, but when I try to instal I get the message I can't in the version of OSX that I have. El Capitan is the terminal OSX version for my laptop.
18 sie 2021 · The free LibreOffice 7.1.5 Suite has a Calc application which is intended to be a clone of Excel. I would use that as it is supported (presently) on macOS Yosemite (10.10) and later. There is a Calc user guide that may come in handy too.

13 sie 2020 · You can not run Office 365 current applications in Mac OS 10.11.6. You can run Office 2016, Office 2011 or Office 2008. It seems to me that you are requesting the link to download the Office 2008 installer. Click here to download the installer.
11 paź 2015 · It doesn't have Macros like Excel and while you can import and export as Excel format, some things may not transfer as you'd expect. There is also the Open Office, Libre Office, Neo Office suites which are free or low cost replacements for MS Office.
