Install the psmame package onto your jailbroken PS3 using normal means. By default all data paths for mame are located under /dev_hdd0/ROMS/mame_data. ROMS themselves can be placed anywhere and their location chosen with the frontend.
9 sty 2022 · **WARNING** these are .PKGs that the user made as a complete RetroArch on ps3 experience (like coinops). If you are looking for just the files, there is no way to easiy extract them from the .pkg as far as I can tell.

25 gru 2019 · Yes, no roms, just the necessary to be recognized. All configuration files edited to works correctly, plus a better insruction image, all into a little .pkg to be installed. I would like a lot find source code to try to do more.... A nice game (for me), Galaxy Force 2, works well only this Ps3 Mame version....
Perhaps we can (or there is somewhere already) put a list of working M.AM.E.roms that run on RA on a PS3. I know there are sets of roms (that supposedly) should run on their respective cores that are available through RA on PS3, but that does not mean they do.
25 maj 2016 · ROM Set Format: Full Non-Merged. Using a Non-Merged set means that every .zip in this collection is a complete ROM that can be used stand-alone. All romsets can be used standalone because each zip contains all the files needed to run that game, including any ROMs from 'parent' ROM sets and BIOS sets.
I've tried different versions and releases of RetroArch and MAME emulators on Brewology (even reinstalling multiple times), all kinds of MAME supported cores, different ROMs and updated all the resources through RetroArch.
