5 sty 2022 · After much searching, I located a 'big boy' 46CI (20.5hp) pressure lube Briggs opposed twin, in a vertical shaft arrangement, and after MUCH deeper digging was able to pick up a horizontal shaft side cover, oil pump, and lower sump (oil pan) to flip her to horizontal for my usage.
24 kwi 2016 · I have an old two seat Manco go kart (road style), with a 5 hp briggs, and I am wanting to put a 20hp engine on and put a live axle in. I would appreciate any advice on a good engine or a live axle setup. Also, in the title I meant horizontal shaft. Sorry about the confusion.
