All you need to do is gather some fabrics, doll hair, sewing notions and paints to give the angel doll some facial expressions.
Cut out leaving a 1/8" (3 mm) seam allowance. Clip almost to the seam at sides of neck and under arms. Refer to pattern piece and apply fraystop around slit at center back of doll (this will be the back of the doll). When fraystop has dried, cut the slit and turn doll to right side out.
