I am signing up for a marathon this coming fall and I'm wondering which Hal Higdon plan I should start with. I was thinking of easing into it with the novice plans, but my gut is telling me I should start higher.
BOSTON BOUND: If you plan to use my Boston Bound program to prepare for the #BostonMarathon, your training begins Monday, January 24 and continues 12 weeks until the race on Monday, April 18. #BostonBound is not a program that will help you qualify for Boston; it is aimed at runners already qualified and entered in the 2022 race.
