If you aren’t already registered with Arkansas Vendor Services, you can do so through the Arkansas Vendor Services webpage. There is no cost to register as a vendor with the State. Vendors should also register in ARBuy, the State’s electronic bidding solution, to be able to respond to solicitations posted through the central office.
