19 kwi 2024 · Currently I was able to add the Yahoo! mail account and it shows up on my mail box list, but I am unable to bring it on-line. Does anyone have some step by step instructions for me to follow? It seems to me that this should be simple :/.

Take email accounts offline. Go to the Mail app on your Mac. Do one of the following: Take all accounts offline: Choose Mailbox > Take All Accounts Offline. Take a specific account offline (if you have more than one account): Choose Mailbox > Online Status > Take [account] Offline.
15 cze 2019 · I can view a Yahoo account’s POP mail server in Apple Mail like this: control-click on the account name in the sidebar, select Get Account Info > Summary. This shows what I think to be an incorrect incoming mail server, preventing connection lion and downloading of incoming messages.
