Take email accounts offline. Go to the Mail app on your Mac. Do one of the following: Take all accounts offline: Choose Mailbox > Take All Accounts Offline. Take a specific account offline (if you have more than one account): Choose Mailbox > Online Status > Take [account] Offline.
14 sie 2021 · When you open your Mail app on your Mac, you might see Account Offline – along with a little lightning bolt icon – on the right side of your Favorites bar at the top of your Mail app. You may also notice that Mail doesn’t seem to be fetching new emails for (one of) your email accounts.
15 cze 2019 · I can view a Yahoo account’s POP mail server in Apple Mail like this: control-click on the account name in the sidebar, select Get Account Info > Summary. This shows what I think to be an incorrect incoming mail server, preventing connection lion and downloading of incoming messages.

2 cze 2023 · My mail account has gone offline on my iMac. The little lightning bolt symbol has appeared saying mail account offline. If I click it, it won't let me sign in. The error message is below. I've tried Mail>Take accounts online, which didn't work.
