24 maj 2024 · If the Samsung TV and soundbar out of sync, try using the soundbar’s “Audio Sync” function, change the equalizer preset, and deactivate “HDMI-CEC.” If the problem persists, reconnect the Samsung soundbar from the TV and perform a factory reset.
If your Samsung soundbar is out of sync, you can correct this using the Sound Control or Audio Sync buttons.
You may notice that there is no sound when using eARC with your Samsung soundbar and a non-Samsung TV. This may happen because some audio formats are simply not compatible with eARC and due to the settings you have on your TV.
If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronised, select SYNC in sound control and then set the audio delay between 0 – 300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.
