Buyer Beware: The floater frame is beautiful, but the bracket depth is 3/8" too shallow to secure the canvas to the frame according to the instructions. Buyers have to buy correct-sized brackets from the hardware store in order to frame the canvas.

When I placed my order, all of the photos were cropped correctly and in the frame. I even requested the extra "professional" proof to double check the cropping. Nine days after my order, I received an email stating that they hadn't heard from me and were going ahead with processing my order.
