I went to look at all of my files on my computer and I am seeing that fortnite is taking up over 100gb on my PC. There is a folder for fortnite and there is also a folder for epic games store that is about 57gb.. is this really all needed or is there shit that I can delete?
Because these tools aren't built into Windows at all. There is no built-in tool that can visualize your harddrive and show you which files and folders are taking up lots of space, like what WinDirStat does.

Clearing the cache can solve some issues that may prevent you from playing. The cache files contain information about previous uses of the launcher. Deleting these files, then letting the Launcher rebuild them again can sometimes fix issues like this.
