7 sie 2024 · I have an Xbox S and until a few days ago have been playing Fortnite. My system started not allowing me to play saying that cross-platform play is disabled. When I log into my settings on Xbox app my account is set to allow cross-platform play.
From the looks of it you have cross-platform play disabled in your xbox settings. This means your xbox only allows you to play multi-player games with other people playing on xbox. Fortnite will not let you play multi-player until you enable this setting.
