Open the launcher and uninstall the game (if necessary). Start the installation process, choosing the desired folder location (not the COPY one). Once it starts downloading, cancel the installation and fully close the launcher again. Go to your manifests folder - this is probably C:\ProgramData\Epic\EpicGamesLauncher\Data\Manifests.

If you have a game installed on your computer from the Epic Games Launcher you can move it to another location using these steps: Make a backup copy the game you want to move on your computer. Navigate to the game installation directory. (Default: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\ [Game Name])
Copy all of the files into this folder. Quit the epic games launcher application and open it again. click the "Resume" button on the launcher and the percentage complete will jump up and after a little time verifying the files, it will complete and button will be renamed to "Launch".
