7 maj 2021 · 💡 Please follow the steps below in order to troubleshoot. Replace the batteries in the remote with new batteries. Point the remote directly at the front of the device. Use the remote closer to the device. REMOVE the IR extender from the back of the device and try the remote again.

Flashing the Receiver. 1) Power off the receiver. 2) Ensure no other USB devices are plugged into the receiver while flashing. 3) Insert the USB stick containing the image files into one of the USB ports on the receiver, rear USB port is advised if possible. 4) Power the receiver on.
