The starting point is Blvd Naciones Unitas but I started (and bought tickets) at the Tourist office on Plaza Grande. The entire circuit takes 3 hours if you do not hop off and take another City Bus in an hour. I rode the entire circuit without hopping off and got a nice refreshing taste of the city.
