A formal garden is a room in player-owned house, that can be built at level 55 Construction for 75,000, and has different decorations to the lower level garden. In addition, it does not have the tall grass that the lower level garden does.

A garden in a player-owned house is one of the only two types of rooms a player can build starting at level 1 Construction. Since every house is required to have an exit portal, every player has to have at least one garden or formal garden in their house. Building a garden costs 1,000.

That being said, I wanna construct a Formal Garden with the dungeon entrance facing south (as in your enter from the south), but when I build the room I can't tell from just the hotspot (which shows a portal frame) whether it's facing north or south.
