Deductor can download TDS Certificate (Form 16 (Part A) and Form 16A) from TRACES. The file will be provided in text format and will contain certificate details for all requested PANs. Text file is password protected and password will be '<TAN>'. Deductor will have to convert the text file into PDF using TRACES PDF Generation Utility.
Form 16/ 16A is the certificate of deduction of tax at source and issued on deduction of tax by the employer on behalf of the employees. 5 gru 2023 · How to download Form 16 ? Login to https://contents.tdscpc.gov.in/ as deductor using User Id, password and TAN. Click on Bulk PAN download and select the relevant financial year and click on Go. Click on submit if the details of authorized person to be printed on form 16 is okay.
