I use CurseForge for all my modding! Basically, I have about 50 Mods installed, and they all seem to work fine when you load the Game, but when you look into CAS or Build Mode, all custom items are gone. Nothing but the Base Game and DLC are there.
Once I've installed a Mod on CurseForge into my MOD's Folder, I then move the Mod into another folder (Inside my Mods folder) every time I do this a Yellow Triangle with a black exclamation point comes up saying 'This addon may be corrupt'. Every time there is an update, there is a potential for mods and CC to become incompatible with the game. You could start by organizing them all into categories. Perhaps you could everything to separate folders on your desktop or to a thumbdrive. For CC, create individual folders for CAS and BuildBuy items.
You need to delete this file every time you make a change to your mods folder. See if you still have the issue. If not... Delete your entire mods folder and start anew or do the "50/50" method. Make sure both Enable Custom Content and Mods, plus Script Mods Allowed is checked in Game Options: --- See images below, click to enlarge. Go to Options Menu > Game Options > Other > to make sure Enable Custom Content and Mods, plus Script Mods Allowed. - This is helpful if you are using script mods.
