11 mar 2024 · Mitchell builds the sync transmission into original Model A transmission cases, so it looks original. No modifications required, just bolt-in. The shifter throw is a little shorter than the stock shifter throw between 2nd and 3rd.
21 lut 2023 · I'm about ready to do the same with an SROD 3 speed + 4th gear overdrive RUG transmission. The plan will be to make the frame modification for the tail cone, convert the rear axle to an open driveshaft, and install a torque bar to make up for the loss of the torque tube.
20 sie 2018 · V8 trans, weather it is a '39 or earlier on a Model A it a wonderful thing. I have three of them now all using the Clings kit. I also have a partial kit to mount V8 trans along with a V8 engine in one Model A.
