When you upgrade your clip size with the FaN it no longer has the fault of being double barrel, but still has the same reload animation. Meaning, that you can reload 6 rounds as quickly as you reload 2, effectively making it an Auto-Shotty with knockback, dmg boost and increased firing speed.
