The Kansas City Community Kitchen, a cornerstone of NourishKC, is more than just a place to enjoy a meal; it’s a hub of hope and support for our community. Nestled in the heart of Kansas City, our kitchen serves nutritious meals with dignity and compassion to those facing hunger and homelessness.
In 2023, NourishKC served 477,297 meals, free of charge. Our meals are created with food that comes from our food rescue program, and in 2023 we rescued 620,487 pounds of usable food and produce from ending up in landfills.
